"Keeping PACE with Energy Options for Municipalities: Helping municipalities reduce energy usage, emissions, and costs" (PACE stands for "Property-Assessed Clean Energy")
Presentations, a short video, panel discussions with Q&A, and a vendor show primarily aimed at municipal officials and the environmental advisers and advocates who work with them. Experts will provide an overview of energy conservation and alternative energy initiatives and funding strategies. Will feature several opportunities for financing energy efficiency and renewables for home, municipal buildings and businesses. There will also be Green Job / Green NY training and employment opportunities and Sustainable Hudson Valley's "Ten Percent Challenge."
Assemblyman Kevin Cahill, Chair of the NY Assembly Energy Committee, will be the kick-off speaker.
